Pent up demand? Buyer interest increases in Southern PA

Several key conditions are leading consumers to believe now is a good time to buy a home, according to the newest Fannie Mae Housing Surveyconducted in March. The survey found that 73 percent of respondents believe now is a good time to buy a home, up from 70 percent in February.
