I’ll confess, I’m a food snob. When I go out to eat, I want to enjoy the entire experience. I’m looking for more than food, I want the total package. My idea of an enjoyable meal, includes nice surroundings, unique food selections, and an upscale beverage list. You rarely find that in the local “chain” restaurants in our area. I am pleases, and a little surprised to endorse a local chain, Iron Hill Brewery! Iron Hill features an excellent menu- from bar food to eclectic appetizers and meals. My personal favorite, the Ahi Tuna Appetizer-sliced rare tuna served with pineapple slices, macadamia nuts, caramelized onions, and chili sauce.  Flavors truly “burst” in your mouth. Makes a great meal when combines with the “flight of beer”. The flight is a selection of 8 of the locally brewed beers. Great place for a business meeting or a quiet escape for you and your spouse.
