Sold a Home on Christmas Eve!

Don’t believe that people don’t buy homes during the holiday season.  Trust me they do!  It was great fun selling the property around Christmas made the holidays even more meaningful.  What a great present to get a new home for Christmas~I doubt you can beat that one! The clients were so excited and appreciative that a Realtor would be available and work into the night before Christmas.  I was and I did and I loved every minute of  it.  The Seller was amazed at what we accomplished the night before Christmas!!  Never hurts to have two very happy and pleased clients on Christmas Eve!!  And then one of the buyers became engaged on Christmas Day; I don’t know which part I was more excited about the sale or the engagement!!  It was three action packed very  happy days that I won’t soon forget!!
