Multiple Page Scanning What a JOY!!
I have been using a one page scanner for years!!! What was I thinking? In this Real Estate Business you surely have to scan and email more than one page!! It got tiresome and very tedious in a big time hurry! I can now with my new printer scan up to 50 pages in a matter of minutes. Can’t get this one yet not eligible to upgrade until January 2012-but it sure sounds like something I need. Also now imessage is free texting iPhone to iPhone that is cool!! Loosening Up A Bit?!!
Probably should not say this but I actually think the market may be changing for the better! There are many more showings happening and more properties are pending lately. I am seeing that word (Pending) more frequently than before. Also just heard the average mortgage rate this week for a thirty year fixed rate was 4.02%! Is that “Just Unbelievable!!” I think it is at least a thirty year low. Refinances also did pick up greatly last week much to the relief of the Mortgage Originators I am certain!
