One of the truly wonderful joys of living in Southern PA is the number of excellent County Parks we have for our enjoyment. I am a walker and I just love going to the parks, two of my favorites are Springettsbury Township Park and John Rudy, mostly because they are nearby to my home. However we have many more in the area and what they provide is just amazing to me. After watching the July 4th Nathan’s Hot Dog Challenge from Coney Island, I developed a craving for a good hot dog. I surfed the internet and found Hot Diggity Dog located in Lancaster, PA.
